In its early days, the company faced significant challenges, starting with the management of a golf course facility that was in poor condition, operating at a financial deficit, and struggling with
low revenue. Overcoming these obstacles requires innovation, dedication, and a focus on real-time decision-making. By leveraging massive amounts of data across various platforms, the team empowered general managers to make informed decisions quickly and effectively, transforming the facility into a thriving enterprise.
Over the years, the company has celebrated numerous milestones. A key achievement was the expansion of its portfolio, adding three more facilities under its management. With a commitment to enhancing customer relationships, the company introduced new services such as mini golf, youth development programs, and high-end offerings, creating an inclusive and enriching experience for all guests.
Today, the company manages four premier golf courses, with a workforce that has grown from just 20 employees to an impressive team of 150. Among its proudest achievements is receiving the Youth Development Achievement Award from the PGA, recognizing the company’s dedication to nurturing young talent and fostering the future of the sport.
While leadership has transitioned to the next generation, with two of Ned’s sons—Jeff and Joe Chiodo—taking on key roles, Ned F. Chiodo continues to serve as an advisor and mentor to the company. His guidance and vision remain integral to its ongoing success and growth.
